Our Story

KOMSTADT HOLDINGS was founded in Hong Kong in 2004 to provide IT and AV systems integration solutions and professional services to multinational clients across Asia. With offices in key Asian markets, the company has grown by understanding and resolving the key needs and challenges of clients.

The bizSAFE programme promotes workplace safety and health (WSH) in enterprises through the recognition of their safety efforts. For a start, it requires the commitment of the enterprise’s top management. bizSAFE Level 3 and above recognizes that the company has put in place systems to manage workplace risks and complies with WSH (Risk Management) Regulations.
We are a Corporate Member of the Building Industry Consulting Service International (BICSI).
Throughout their comprehensive training and support of the various areas in ITS/ telecommunications professionals, and the behavior to achieve our professional goals with BICSI, we will be able to deliver our highest quantity of ITS/telecommunications solutions and fulfill our customers needs around the region. BICSI provides information, education and knowledge assessment for individuals and companies in the ITS industry. BICSI serve more than 23,000 ITS professionals, including designers, installers and technicians. These individuals provide the fundamental infrastructure for telecommunications, audio/video, life safety and automation systems. Through courses, conferences, publications and professional registration programs, BICSI staff and volunteers assist ITS professionals in delivering critical products and services, and offer opportunities for continual improvement and enhanced professional stature.
